Wedding Receptions
Your wedding reception will be held in Bournemouth in the Listera Room, a light, airy and open plan room with views across the Indonesian Courtyard. The room caters for up to 96 guests. The layout on the day will consist of round tables, seating between 8 and 12 people, finished with white linen table cloths and matching napkins. Bespoke flower and table decoration packages are available to add your own personal touch, details of which can be found in our Wedding Pack (available upon request).A final seating plan can be prepared on the receipt of your final numbers and displayed for your guests on the day.
Evening Receptions
The Sakura Suite will be the main focus for the evening celebrations, operating a fully licensed bar and dance floor area. Music and entertainment can be arranged by the hotel on your behalf if required, alternatively any other entertainment must be confirmed by the general manager. Bands are welcome, although we would suggest that large bands (more than 3 members) may not be suited to the venue due to space limitations.
Your guests are invited to relax and enjoy our contemporary lounge bar during the evening, uniquely styled with a Far Eastern flavour and individually furnished with large sofas and comfy cushions to sink into and soak up the atmosphere. Please be aware that this is a public bar and shall be open during the evening to other hotel guests.
